Do you support notarization and apostille?

Answer

Yes. We support notarization and apostille procedures.

Notarization can be handled in either of the following ways:

① We prepare the translation and translation certificate, and you visit the notary office.

② We prepare the translation and translation certificate, and we visit the notary office on your behalf.

If the destination country is not a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, we can also obtain official seal confirmation. However, consular legalization at an embassy is arranged through our partner administrative scrivener.

Deadline Business days are counted from the next business day, except same-day delivery.
Deliverables If you choose translation only, the translator name, signature, and company seal are not included.
Delivery format The signature and seal format differs by delivery method. PDF delivery Digitized signatures and seals are used. Postal delivery The document is signed by hand with a ballpoint pen and stamped using red seal ink. When to choose postal delivery • The receiving organization requires an original with a handwritten signature or a seal stamped using red ink. • A paper submission is required, but you do not have access to a printer. If the receiving organization has no specific requirements, we recommend PDF delivery for its shorter turnaround time and no shipping fee.
